Our 3/4 Load (950kg) can take  around the same amount of waste you would fit in a builders skip, that starts at £230.00 and includes 50 minutes labour.  Our minimum load charge (150kg) is £60, which is around 8 black bin bags.

The cost of light demolition depends on the size and complexity of the project. For most jobs, we charge £50 per hour for a two-man team. Smaller demolitions, such as garden sheds or internal walls, may take only a few hours, while larger projects, like clearing a small house or office space, could take several days.

In terms of waste removal, you have two options: you can let us handle the disposal of the debris at a special rate, where we take care of everything, or you can choose to provide your own skip and have us fill it during the demolition process. The choice is completely up to you.

The cost of a house clearance depends on the size of the property and the amount of waste that needs to be removed. For a typical 2-3 bedroom house, the clearance usually requires 1-3 loads of waste, with each load priced at £280. This includes 60 minutes of labour for loading and clearing the waste. If the clearance takes longer than the allotted time, we charge £50 per hour for any additional labour. Special items, such as mattresses, sofas, fridges, and freezers, are charged at £30 each. We can either handle the disposal of the waste at a special rate, or you can arrange your own skip for us to fill during the clearance—whichever option works best for you. The cost of asbestos removal depends on the size of the area and the type of asbestos involved. After conducting a survey and risk assessment, we will provide you with a tailored quote based on the scope of the work. 

Asbestos removal is a specialised service, and we ensure all procedures comply with health and safety regulations. We use full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and follow strict guidelines to ensure safe removal and disposal.
